Founded by Josiah and Johanna, the company evolved from years of experience in home construction. What started as a small venture building spec and custom homes expanded when we discovered the potential of manufactured homes. By partnering with top manufacturers, we now provide durable, stylish, and affordable homes to families across Montana, Oregon, and Washington.

Our mission is simple: to offer well-built, customizable homes at an accessible price, making homeownership a reality for more people. With a strong focus on customer service, our team guides buyers through the entire process, from selecting a floor plan to preparing land and setting up utilities.

Meet Our Team

Josiah – Owner

Josiah has been in the construction industry since he was sixteen, building homes and refining his craft over the years. As the owner of Sapphire Homes MT LLC, he is dedicated to providing families with affordable housing options that don’t compromise on quality. His experience extends beyond manufactured homes—he also owns Kings Homes LLC, specializing in spec home construction. When he’s not working, Josiah enjoys skiing and fishing the many rivers of Montana, making the most of the state’s stunning natural beauty.

Johanna – Office Manager

With a background in the wedding and event industry, Johanna understands the importance of creating spaces that feel like home. She spent over a decade coordinating weddings and running an event venue before transitioning into real estate and home sales. Now, as the office manager at Sapphire Homes, she works closely with clients, helping them find the right home and navigate the setup process. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, river floats, fishing, and skiing—embracing the Montana lifestyle to the fullest.
